the waters of the planet

While water resources are all those waters that exist on our planet and that are available for human beings to use in some way, such as oceans, rivers, lakes, lagoons, streams.

Rational and conscientious use

Now, we must emphasize that although they are there within our reach to use them, it is everyone’s duty to care for them, preserve them, and most importantly, use them rationally and conscientiously because they are essential for the life of all living beings on Earth. the earth. If the balance that each one of them must have is broken, it will certainly be serious for everyone’s life and of course for the health of the entire planet.

Main threats: contamination and overexploitation

Almost all waters are renewable resources that we are lucky to always be there, but of course, they constantly face the disrespectful action of man, pollution, overexploitation, among other calamities.

Many industrial activities that are carried out threaten the health of the water and this puts them and the people who live nearby at risk all the time.

On the other hand, it is a reality that although they are renewed, in many cases the use exceeds the regeneration of which they are capable and then a huge conflict is generated: will there be water tomorrow?

A planet without a guide is unfeasible

Whether this question is answered positively depends a lot on us, on what we talked about above, on respecting and acting conscientiously when we are facing water resources, and likewise, those who carry out some specific activity that would affect them should stop thinking both in the maximization of sales or profits and start to think a little about the fact that a planet without water is unfeasible.

Also at this point, the state must be present to watch over the waters found in its territory. Citizen awareness and education regarding water care is important and part of their work and another fundamental part is the development of works and infrastructures that allow the most convenient way possible to take advantage of and use the water resources available to the nation.
